A most welcome Sea Day today. The temperatures are pleasant. The Captain is routing the Equinox close to some of the Greek Islands and to calmer seas and winds.
It’s a day of relaxation. I did attend the talk by Canadian Naturalist, Don Enright, who spoke about “Noah’s Ark – Mythological Creatures”. He’s a pretty good speaker with humor and interesting slides. The passengers enjoyed his talk as did I.
My first talk today is at 3:15 PM in Celebrity Central (“The Science of CSI”). While I am always apprehensive with a new crowd, the attendance was very good with 200 plus passengers filling the venue – a few people were actually on the floor. There were at least two police officers in the crowd – a Canadian Policewoman and a retired RCMP Officer. The talk went well – many fans of the TV shows.
It is Formal Night (no pictures this time out) and we have Dinner in the Dining Room.
The Headliner tonight is Brooks Aehron – Pianist. He is very good – British with an exuberant sense of humor.
Time change forward.
