Even warmer today (high 70s).
Got some more sleep last night – trying to adapt to our new night schedule.
The breakfast was great as usual and I spent the morning tuning up for today’s presentation.
My second talk is scheduled for the noon hour again: 12:15 PM - “Forensics and History – Mystery of the Romanovs”. The turnout was better for this talk with the theater approximately 35 to 40 percent full – around 300 attendees. An increase talk to talk is always good.
“Mystery of the Romanovs”
Dinner in the Lido consisted of Pasta with cream sauce and smoked salmon – really yummy. I should also mention that the salad bar at dinner always had sun dried tomatoes (one of my favorites) every day. I might have mentioned this earlier but the addition of balsamic vinegar to the salad dressings really improved the salads.
Tonight we attended Variety Showtime – The Royal Cunard Singers and Dancers (“Earth Wind and Fire” and “Village People” tributes) plus Stephen Clark (songs from the movies).
The sequence below - “YMCA”
Below the big finale to a terrific show
“Gabriel’s Oboe”
“Charade”
“Moon River”
“Close Encounters”
“Superman – the Movie”
Stephen Clark was terrific.
Seas are smooth…
