At little warmer today but still a gorgeous day at sea…...
My next talk – “The Lost Dauphin of France” – is in the morning again so the day is all mine. No drop in the audience and the feedback continues to be very positive.
The photo below is an example of what we do on sea days when the weather is this good.
By the way, I am still getting my iced decaf, skinny, mocha lattes made by the capable British barista in the Panorama Buffet. They are excellent.
Sea day means Panorama Bistro – what can I say, I am hooked on their freshly made pizza.
Heather Sullivan is doing her second show tonight – “Piano Girl” and she is full of energy – bouncing those keys all over the place. In great voice, as well. Ellen wanted to sit up close, which turned out to be a fateful choice.
At one point, Heather got up from the piano and headed our way. I was in my Clark Kent disguise but she knows that trick (uses it herself). Anyway, before I knew it, there was a mic in my face and I was finishing the line – “Signed, sealed, delivered, I’m yours…”. Overall, it was fun.
Less than fifteen minutes of fame
It was all downhill from there.
Some more reading and that was the day.
