Thursday, May 6, 2010 – At Sea – Pacific Ocean – 84F – Mostly Sunny

Another beautiful day at sea – the Island Princess is hugging the coast of Panama and Costa Rica.

At sea 5-6 (Small)

There is plenty of competition for passenger time during my scheduled third talk – the Art Auction being the most formidable.

The talk, “DNA Testing:  Cold Cases Solved” exceeded my expectations for attendance drawing 175 people.  The talk went well and ended at the 50 minute mark (not bad for over 150 slides). This was good since there was only an hour between my talk and a first run movie in the Princess Theater.

Tonight is formal night #2 – this time out, I’m wearing a different formal tie with the tuxedo (based on feedback).

Formal Night 2 (Small)

Showtime tonight was in the Princess Theater – Dan Horn and Fred Klett shared the hour and both comedians were very funny.  Fred Klett is especially keen in his observation of passenger behavior.

The evening ended with some music and dancing with Pat Milino in the Wheelhouse Lounge – my favorite song: “This is the Moment” from Jekyll and Hyde.
